The white puffle appear least every 30 minutes
At h:00 and h:30 the white puffle will be at Dojo courtyard...and at h:15 h:45 he will be at ski hill...this is all what i know about the white puffles...If i discover something new i tell you;)

WOW...I cant belive but is real(he is near me)
The white puffle appear least every 30 minutes
